Internship Description: Dean Davidson Jewelry is seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as an Influencer Marketing Intern. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic world of influencer marketing within the luxury fashion industry.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and research potential influencers across various social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and others.
• Assist in developing and implementing strategies to expand and diversify our influencer network.
• Reach out to influencers via email, direct messages, and other communication channels to initiate partnerships and collaborations.
• Maintain relationships with existing influencers, ensuring timely communication and delivery of assets.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities in influencer marketing.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program or recent graduate in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Some experience with social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and build relationships with influencers.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Creative thinker with a passion for fashion, jewelry, and influencer culture.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and analytics is a plus.
